The following cancellation penalties apply to all hotel room itineraries:
Reservations made using mystery rates are non-refundable, non-changeable.
Groups of 10 rooms or more call Group Itineraries at 800-255-0372.
New Years (Last week of December until the first week of January) and Comdex (Mid-November)
are fully non-refundable and may require a minimum stay.
Some conventions and holidays are subject to a minimum night stay requirement. Hotels
may have restrictions on Saturday arrivals and/or departures. Normal check in time
is 1:00pm to 3:00pm. Normal check out time is between 11:00am and Noon. These may
vary from hotel to hotel. A stay longer than 7 nights is subject to the hotel's
policies.
No refunds will be given for late arrivals or early departures.
Itinerary requests that include airfare tickets are non-refundable and have separate
change restrictions. Our customer service department will provide you with all information
regarding airfare restrictions.
Any modification to a itinerary constitutes a change and change fees will apply.
Changes to reservations are not permitted within 7 days of arrival. Our customer
service department will provide you with all information regarding change fees and
restrictions.
Outside of 14 days from the arrival date, a $50.00 cancellation fee per person will
be applied on all itineraries.
Within 14 days to 7 days from the arrival date of the itinerary, the first night's
room rate and tax is non-refundable plus a $50.00 per person cancellation fee will
be applied on all itineraries.
Within 7 days from the arrival date the room itinerary is completely non-refundable
and changes are not permitted.
Upon check-in the remaining room nights of the itinerary are non-refundable.
The name of the guest that you provide to us for your reservation will be required
to check-in to the hotel. Minimum age restrictions apply. Name changes may not be
permitted by the hotel when the hotel is sold out or during peak times. Guests not
listed in the reservation will not be permitted to check into the hotel. Any changes
that can be made will have an associated fee.

ALL show ticket purchases are non-refundable and non-changeable.
The following cancellation and modification penalties apply to all Golf itineraries:
TripRes.com service fees are non-refundable.
Once your itinerary has been confirmed, tee-time fees are non-refundable and can
not be cancelled.
A $10.00 service fee per round will be applied to any changes made to a golf tee
time itinerary.
If an event is cancelled by the venue, the value of the tee-time round will be refunded
or rescheduled.
All golf tee-time itineraries must have an associated primary customer name and
must be booked by an adult over 18 years of age.
The following cancellation and modification penalties apply to all tour itineraries.
Once your tour has been confirmed a cancellation fee of $25.00 per person will apply.
Within 72 hours of the scheduled tour date all tours are non refundable.
A change constitutes a cancellation, and cancellation fees will apply.
Some tours require a minimum number of passengers to operate.
We are not responsible for changes, delays or rescheduling caused by inclement weather
or mechanical delays.
Tour times are from hotel to hotel.
No shows will receive no refund.
Helicopter and airplane tours have weight restrictions and surcharges may apply.
All passengers are required to reconfirm their tours 24 hours in advance.

All reservations that include airline tickets are non refundable. This includes
air only or air and hotel packages.
All tickets are issued as E-tickets (Electronic tickets) unless otherwise specified.
Valid government issued ID is required for each passenger when checking in for your
flight.
Additional documentation or forms of identification may be required for domestic
or international travel. Please contact the airline directly within 72 hours of
your departure to ensure that you have the proper identification necessary to redeem
your flights.
Tickets may be changeable for a fee of $50.00 USD per ticket, subject to airline
approval and any difference in airfare and change fees collected by the airline.
Hotel change fees also apply.
Some airline tickets are non changeable.
Airline ticket changes are not permitted within 7 days of departure.
Tickets are non-transferable and name changes are not permitted.
Tickets are valid only on the ticketed airline carrier.
Tickets and pricing are not confirmed or guaranteed until a confirmation email is
received.
If you do not receive a confirmation email from us within 24 hours, it is your responsibility
to contact us at 800/255-0372.
Hotel room rates shown are based on double occupancy and do not include tax on the
quotation screen. Extra person charges may apply for all hotels. The full amount
of hotel itineraries will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking.
We currently accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover brand credit
cards. You will be notified via e-mail or telephone that your itinerary request
is confirmed. If the customer does not receive an e-mail within 24 to 48 hours,
it is the responsibility of the customer to contact TripRes.com immediately at 800-255-0372
Hotel room rates are subject to change until confirmed. All transactions will be
conducted in United States currency (USD).
The TripRes.com itinerary service fee, room cost and full ticket price, depending
on the show, will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking and will
appear on your statement as TripRes.com / Prestige Travel. If the full room cost
and/or ticket price is NOT charged by TripRes.com, your credit card will be charged
separately by the hotel and/or show box office for the balance.
All hotel room itineraries must have an associated primary customer name and must
be booked by an adult over 21 years of age. All show ticket itineraries must have
an associated primary customer name and must be booked by an adult over 18 years
of age. Some shows require customers to be over 21 years of age. See specific show
details for these restrictions. All hotel rooms must have an adult, 21 years of
age or over, staying in the room. Valid identification, valid credit card and/or
cash deposit required upon check-in to cover incidental room costs such as phone
calls, movie rentals, etc. The credit card used to request the itinerary may be
required upon check-in. No refunds will be given to customers who are denied a room
or entrance to a show by failing to adhere to the minimum age requirements.
Bedding and smoking preferences are by request only. Best efforts will be made to
accommodate your request, but specific bedding and smoking requests are not guaranteed.
It is agreed between you and TripRes.com that all disputes and matters whatsoever
arising under or in connection with or incident to these policies and procedures
shall be litigated, if at all, in and before a court located in the State of Nevada,
USA to the exclusion of the courts of any other state or country.
Should a problem arise, or if you have a complaint while on your vacation, please
contact TripRes.com. Everything possible will be done to rectify the situation.
If the situation can not be corrected during your trip, please contact our Customer
Service Department upon your return. A letter detailing your complaint is required
to investigate and respond. All complaints must be submitted in writing within 15
days of your return from your vacation.
This order acknowledgement is not a contract and does not constitute an acceptance
of your order, but only a record of your offer to purchase a particular item at
a particular price. After you place an order, TripRes.com will determine whether
or not to fill the order, and TripRes.com may refuse or limit your order for any
reason. By placing your order, you agree to accept all terms and conditions set
forth anywhere on this site, including TripRes.com's terms and conditions of sale.
TripRes.com reserves the right to accept, refuse, or limit your order for any reason,
including, but not limited to, credit review, the unavailability of a product or
errors in the prices and product descriptions posted on this web site.
TripRes.com makes no warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited
to, any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no
event shall TripRes.com be liable to customer for any damages resulting from or

accept any liability for incidents occurring at the property or relocation due to
the hotel over booking. TripRes.com shall not be liable to customer for any delays
in the performance of services hereunder or for any failure to perform hereunder
if such delays or failure are due to strikes, inclement weather, acts of God, or
other causes beyond TripRes.com's reasonable control.
In no event shall TripRes.com be liable to customer for any indirect, special or
consequential damages or lost profits arising out of or related to TripRes.com services,
the performance or breach thereof, or the accuracy or correctness of the data bases
or the information contained therein, even if TripRes.com has been advised of the
possibility thereof.
TripRes.com's liability to customer hereunder, if any, shall in no event exceed
the total amount customer paid to TripRes.com hereunder.
TripRes.com shall not be in any way responsible for claims or damages caused by
customer, through fault, negligence or failure to perform customer's responsibilities,
claims against customer by any other party, or any act or omission of any party
furnishing services and/or products.
In the event that you dispute any/all charges for the itinerary services provided
by TripRes.com, please phone 800-255-0372, and we will make every effort to resolve
your concerns. If you and TripRes.com cannot agree on a solution and you choose
to dispute any charges with your credit card issuer, you agree to pay all legal,
collection and administrative fees or any other costs associated with collection
of amounts due hereunder.
